Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original boxes, ensuring sufficient padding is used to prevent breakage of glass or wax during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
